At Save the Date.ie ordering your Wedding Stationery could not be easier. Our unique and attentive approach eliminates the stress factor, making the whole process of choosing the perfect wedding invitation enjoyable and more efficient.
1.As soon as you’ve decided on the style of your invitation and you are happy with the quote we have provided you with, we encourage you to contact us and place an order. If you want to see samples before ordering, please order these via our website, from each invitation page, where you can find a button called “Order a sample”. On receipt of your order, we will be asking you to pay a non-refundable 50% booking fee. An invoice and payment details will be sent to you via e-mail. You can pay by Bank Transfer (EFT), Credit card or Debit card.
Please note that the above payment terms only apply to custom orders (laser cut invitations, foiled invitations, hot-foiled invitations and bespoke orders). If you will purchase your invitations via the on-line shop, then you will be charged the full amount.
2.At this stage, we will ask you to pick your fonts, wording style, colour of the font, embellishments etc. Based on your requirements, Save the Date will create an electronic proof or your wedding stationery. The proof will be sent to you by e-mail within 4 to 5 business days. The first 3 rounds of proofs are free of charge. Additional rounds will be charged at 20 euro. If the mistake in the proofs is made by Save the Date.ie, there will be no additional charges. When you are happy with the wording and style of your invitations, we will ask you to check carefully the spelling of names, venue details, location, date, times etc. E-mail us your comments/suggestions/changes and we will send you a second electronic proof. You will be asked to approve your wedding stationery final proof and sign off on it. Please note that we will not be held responsible for errors noticed after the final sign off on your proof. In this unlikely event, we can reprint your stationery but we will have to charge you, the customer, a fee to cover the additional work and materials.
3.Once your approval is received, we will start processing your wedding stationery. Usually orders will be sent within 10 working days. Some orders might need a longer processing time (luxury pocket folds, some laser cut invitations). If you are in a rush, please let us know from the beginning, so we can let you know if it will be possible to deliver by your deadline.
